Is January 13th accurate????

When in the world is this film coming out?? There's a new user comment for the film posted on this site, and the user said a date of January 13th, but that's already been a rumor for a long time, and it's ONE week away....and there hasn't been anything official, just leaked info here and there...where's the DVD cover art, the online trailers, info for purchases at online dealers, anything?!?!
