What's the confirmed title of this re-make/re-imagining of "Can't Buy Me Love[1987]" is it 100% "Love Don't Cost a Thing" or the USA production title "If You Were My Girl?"
I think it would be sooooo cool if a couple of the cast members from the original appeared in cameos. Patrick would be a must, Amanda would be nice ...the actor who plays 'Kenneth,' Seth Green, Gerardo ! Quentin!

shareYeah that's the title. I'm not sure if I would like for the actors from the original to have cameos in this movie, that's been done before (Molly Ringwald in Not Another Teen Movie). However, I definitely do want them to keep the little brother character that Seth Green played, because he is hilarious. Especially the whole farting thing with that big, blonde jock...lol. Anyways, because I liked the original so much I'm interested to see how they remake it, but I'm definitely very skeptical because Hollywood has been known to really botch remakes. Not to mention that the original isn't even 20 years old.
