Was that REALLY a style for a while to put a pair of shoes around your neck? Cuz if so, that's gotta be the WORST style since... well, ever, lol... And that scene on the beach, oh god u gotta be kidding me. :)

The only reason to watch this movie is too look at Christina Millian. Nick Cannon sucks. "Can't Buy Me Love" was kinda cheesy too but it focused on a REAL message. What was the message in this movie? How you can try to talk all gangsta and wear shoes around yourself?

And btw, I don't understand why Christina ran after "Alvin" in the end after he'd been so mean to her. In "Can't Buy me Love", it was understanbable cuz Patrick Dempsey reedemed himself. The only thing Alvin did was confess stupid s**t like how he listens to Michael Jackson's "Bad" album. WTF?

I wrote my review on here and I have explained everything that was wrong about this movie. To even think that I almost saw this in theaters 10 years ago. Really, I considered it. I ended up seeing "Honey" instead. While that movie was nothing special either, it was WAY better than this piece of crap. I ended up watching this on HBO and it was a waste of my time. I only watched it for Christina Milian and Melissa Schuman. I am a Christina Milian fan and I have always had a crush on her. I have always thought Melissa Schuman was hot ever since her days with Dream, but in hindsight, I remember she quit the group to pursue acting. This movie pretty much put a dent on her acting career because she hasn't done much acting since this.

One of the worst movies I have ever seen.

All I need is one mic...

They had the shoes around their necks because they were on the beach. A few years ago I ended up on the beach in my gym shoes, the sand can destroy them.
