Romi is correct in this movie

Have any of you lunkheads seen the original movie??!

Mira Sorvino's Romy has one of the most bizarre voices in all of movie history and Katherine Heigl mimics it PERFECTLY. She does NOT do an impression of Lisa Kudrow in this movie.

She is a spot-on Romy, and the other girl only sounded like Michelle when she laughed.

Of course, the movie sucked anyway, but blaming the makers for mixing up the characters for it is pretty moronic, when they didn't.

Don't blame other people because YOU are an idiot.

I didn't like the movie, in fact I didn't watch the entire thing, it was terrible. Which I stated in the original post, if you had bothered to read it, lunkhead.

But, Katherine Heigl's performance is a perfect imitation of Mira Sorvino as Romy, not some mythical 'real' Romy.

And, yes, you are an idiot.

I think I have to agree with you on this. I'm fairly sure Katherine was doing a damn good impression of Mira Sorvino's voice as she sounded when she played Romy in the first film, so unless there's some other Romy somewhere that I've missed (which is possible) then I'm not sure where the confusion comes from.

actually, saying that, they both ocassionally seem to swap voices from time to time, but generally I'd agree with what the original poster said.
