What is wrong here?

Wow...I can't believe that there are no posts on here. This was a very fun movie to watch. Just like Clerks it gets better with age. I'm not saying it was the funniest movie ever but come on...There should be more than one other post.

There was publicity in the US?! Just on a fluke while looking for info on another movie, I discovered a theatre that plays some gay cinema which was playing the film on a Friday night. I didn't get to see it on the big-screen (I'm kicking myself for that now), but I found the DVD (which again, I wasn't looking for) a month later. I did see the trailer on some other TLA releases, for whatever that's worth.

My guess is that, in the US at least, it doesn't have a chance of being anything more than a small cult curio. Most people would be turned off by the title, and those who aren't would be turned off by the film itself. Sort of a shame -- it's a great little flick that I'm glad I own. Gotta love the Red Bull test!

screw promotion..everyone knows you can't rely on them. there are a lot of really good movies out there, you just have to seek them. i'm from malaysia...i bought the dvd..knew absolutely NOTHING about the movie till i watched it. it was tremendously entertaining.

"nine dead gay guys" is a brilliant movie title. it DOES imply a fun and hilarious comedy..and that was the reason why i bought the dvd in the first place :)

god bless EMPIRE

Sisterdolphin, what a combo. I liked both of them. This movie was worth watching. I rented this out of curiosity and was very suprised. This movie worked because of the good acting, decent plot, and there were no real slow or distracting parts.
