Similar Series?

Its been a few years since Trick came out, and I'd love to find similar a series out there. It doesnt have to be japanese, it could be from the BBC or even maybe america for once! You'd think the show would have gotten some kind of copy cats, as it was successful enough to have 3 feature length film releases! It seems that the mystery solving team always ends up as a cop drama, or procedural (law and order, monk, etc).

I've seen one recently called Endgame. A canadian show, that was pretty close. Another show, Sherlock (the BBC version), is pretty close. (on a side note Sherlock also reminded me of how you could see trick as a sort of spin on Sherlock holmes...hmm....)
