What happened to MacReady?
I can't get through the game. I hear you find out what happened to MacReady at the end. I just can't get through the game so can anyone tell me what happened to him?

Wow. I got stuck at the part with the gynormous monster that you had to kill with the electrical trap... Its a defective disk, I'm sure, because I even bought the strategy guide, and I followed exactly what it said, and it STILL wouldn't die. But, when I saw that Childs was the one there freezing to death, I thought, "Macready got infected?? NOOO!!" but this proves it to me that he wasn't.
PS: Childs was badass.. LONG LIVE CHILDS!!!

There are cheats online that could give you a temp. bit of health or some bullets until you're safe...
