What a perfect needle drop. It's weird that more filmmakers don't have the good sense to use the incredibly atmospheric MBV in their movies.
shareActually the music is perfect in every scene where Bill Murray is in a taxi, first taxi scene, Death in Vegas, then MBV, and finally The Jesus and Mary Chain.
The first I heard of this film was in a shoedaze forum where 3 of my favourite bands would be contributing to the soundtrack and thought "WTF!?!". Turns out Coppola is a genius.
