Mature? Is it that mature??

I'm fourteen and was scriptly warned by my local videogame shop that Dead to Rights is not sutible for me. Most of my games are rated mature and I deal with them fine. It's not like I get influenced by games and start shooting real people.

So, is this okay for fourteen year olds like myself or is ESRB messing with me????
