Hello Bethany. I have a VHS copy of White Teeth. I taped both parts off Masterpiece Theater a few years back. Like you, I've been searching for it on DVD with no luck. I am going to try to convert it to DVD locally and at that point would be happy to share with you. It's not the greatest quality, but it's def. watchable.
As the final credits roll, there is voice over describing the show coming up.
If you are interested in a copy when I convert it let me know.
I would prefer not to send this out cold, as apparantly it's currently a rare commodity. I watched it again, and had forgotten the current object of my obsession,(LOL!!!!) James McAvoy,plays the part of Josh,so it's another reason I'm so glad I have this.
