The cutting is rubbish though - I can't figure if they're cutting scenes, or just cutting for different commercial breaks, or what, but it breaks off in the middle of scenes, which then don't restart, so you've no idea what happens in them. One episode you miss the entire end of the gunfight so basically are left not knowing how the episode ends. I'm still watching them all though!

Yeah, I just started watching it, and I noticed how odd the breaks are.
Also, the theme music was rather weak. Could've used something more rousing, like Soldier of Fortune, Inc. had.

Glad to see this terrific British series....have seen Seasons 1 and 2 on HULU.

Have to compare it to the US series "The Unit". Both have their ups and downs.
I won't say one is better than the other until I see more of U.F. Seasons 3 and later. If U.F. comes unglued then I have to declare The Unit the winner. This would be partly based on The Unit hanging on to its excellent cast for so long and its unwillingess to decay into egregious lack of realism.

Seasons 1 and 2 were terrific...now I'm seeing what people are talking about regarding the abrupt shift to season 3. Will keep watching episodes in hopes that the few really good moments of Ep. 1 Season 3 will make it worthwhile.
