Question about the movie

During the initial part of the movie, where Yossi and Jagger take a walk to check the field (or whatever) and they get all playful... there is this dialogue.

Jagger asks "Is this rape, sir?" and Yossi unzips his suit and says "I have sent ppl to jail for lot less".
Then Jagger says something. What does he mean by sending ppl to jail? why did he unzip him?

The dialogues might not be accurate and i also watched it with subtitles. I didnt quite understand this dialogue. What am i missing?

Sometimes there's so much beauty in the world I feel like I can't take it...

I always thought it was because Jagger was not wearing any protective garment underneath?

Any kind of homosexual behaviour was illegal in the army. Yossi, as an officer, is obliged to report any "gross misconduct" between soldiers. And he is gay! So his own situation on the subject is a real *beeep* but there is nothing he can do about it, unless he resigns. He is basically telling Jagger "I ought to have you arrested and court-martialled for flirting with me, and then do the same with myself for consenting"

reply

It's not that. It's sexual assault.
