Now why doesn't this surprise me? Oh well....least the ol' boy's "home", so to speak and those that he harmed can breathe easy again. Granted, what happened to him as a child was shameful and something that noone should ever have to experience, but he's a grown up man now and responsible for his actions just like the rest of us.
