They asked him what it takes to compete in the National Bee, and as he started his answer, you could see that he had given this some thought and was prepared. I was expecting something about loving words or languages or flash cards, but no.

The most important thing to do well in the Spelling Bee? Love Jesus!! yup that's what he said. And then two other things about parents and hard work.
