Okay, I like dogs but....

I don't even care that they had a gay dog in it. My annoyance is in the fact that it was all about the dogs anyway. Elle's story pretty much "went to the dogs." In the first movie, they took a ditzy girl and made her grow up and become valedictorian of her class at Harvard Law School and then a serious attorney. They take the next movie and return her to being ditzy and childlike again, whining over a dog. This might have been a cute idea for a children's movie but that's it.
