Stumbled across this one night on SBS television, a station I absolutely love for its dedication to independent, foreign and other less main stream films. This film is amazingly simple yet leaves you unsure on whether you are feeling happy or sad? To be honest I felt both.

A fine example of how simplistic film making can let a story speak for itself, thank you to the film makers for this beautiful film.

PS The music included was perfect, the lonely piano mixed with the happy larks of Accidently Kelly Street, a song which I grew up with in Australia, an example of getting the soundtrack just right.

Top marks for this film, highly reccomended.

it was simple but very real. Very good acting. I agree , the soundtrack was perfect for the film

Do you or anyone else know the name of the beautiful song (and composer) which plays in the last scene when they are riding bicycles? I think it is mainly piano (an instrumental), maybe classical music. It played in the beginning of the film, too. I didn't see it listed in the soundtrack here at IMDB.com or in the credits after I saw the film. Thanks.

I watched it too 2 years ago on SBS. Which is a channel I adore.
I finally purchased it on Ebay last week
and received it today, and re-watched it.
Alas I fell in love with it again!
