When Mullins called herself a bitch

Is it just me, or does it look like she actually said "a bitch" out loud, but it was muted by the editor?

Just look at the way she says it. Look at the way her mouth and body moves. It looks really weird, it looks like she's talking, not like she's silently mouthing the words.

And it also sounds kinda weird, it sounds like the whole audio was briefly muted.

Also, why would she be uncomfortable saying a very mild swear word in a car alone with another adult? And if she was, why wouldn't she just say "a B word", or a different word?

Also, why would she mouth the "a", instead of just "bitch"?
