No Vacancy song?

Just watched this again after several years. Anyone know the song that the original Dewey Finn band is playing in rehearsal and at the end, sung by Adam Pascal? It's pretty damn good. Is it released, or just in the movie? Thanks!

The band is called No Vacancy and the one at the start is called 'Fight' and the song at Battle of The Bands is 'Heal Me, I'm Heartsick'.
