No Vacancy Band (Guy's shirt)

One of my favorite parts is when uptight Principal Mullins is being looked over by that creep from "No Vacancy" wearing the most ridiculous shirt I have ever seen. Wait, was it a shirt? I'm not really sure what you would call it. Groupies would probably be drooling over some dirt bag like that. I couldn't keep a straight face if someone approached me wearing that get up.
