When that psychotic thug in the cell next to Dean is taunting him and forcing him to sing Baa Baa Black Sheep, he says something along the lines of 'if you don't sing, i'm going to get out of here, i'm going to find your mum......' what was his threat exactly? I don't think i caught it.
