I looked Valnetina up, and she has grown into an attractive young woman...but they all do. Every single little innocent hollywood actress that has shown herself to us as a young child...looking sweet and innocent...there is a time a few years later where we see a picture and exclaim "That can't be that sweet little chubby cheeked kid we fell for in movie-x".
For me it was Tatum O'Neil. I loved Paper Moon when it was out, and I was but a kid myself...a few years later and suddenly Tatum was showing up looking nothing like the sweet little Addie.
So...I think I get your reason for posting...and yes, she has grown up into a young woman, not looking anymore like the little innocent girl she portrayed.
I think its a given that any young actress or singer is told that to be taken seriously as an adult, she should shuck some or all of her clothes and pose for a magazine.
