Why is Amy Brenneman getting top billing?

Amy Brenneman gets top billing in this film everywhere I look it up - she's in the last five minutes, hardly says a word.. Joan Allen and Valentina de Angelis are the real stars of this film.. I don't get the billing at all.. can they be this desperate to get 'star names' in the credits?

GOOD film, however - I even liked the art, from Tao artist (or was it Santa Fe?) Stan Bernfing.. his watercolors were very good - cosmic and primal..
