damn they did a lot in one day!

That supposed day was hillarious. They managed to do more than I could in a week! He had his big business meeting, then went for a pint with the boys. She helps a friend and is complaing about being hungry. So its got to be early afternoon already. Then they get the train to what looks like the peak or lake district. So that would take about 3 hours to get there. Then they manage to have a nice walk up the hill before getting all cosey in the hut. They then go for a drink in the local. Finally before the concert they still have time for a trip on the eye!

Was this all supposed to be one day or did I miss something? I know it was a special magical day or whatever but its still just a day!

Possibly could be an underdeveloped theme about time. Clearly plenty of reference to making the most of the time you have. His watch is cracked (maybe meaning time had stopped?!?). I don't know, what you reckon?

It's the magic of movies.

nahhhh by the time they left london for the countryside it was only 11am. cuz i think it was at the train station when the camera quickly glanced at the time.

it was 11... he was waiting for his watch to break at that time

But still- do you know how long it would take to get out of London into an environment like that? Climb a mountain? Visit the village pub, get back in time (Oh, I still got a concert to play...), then stroll through London, the ferris wheel etc. etc. ? It was just a magical day. It made me expect to learn that the whole day was just a dream of the guy, and he would wake up and realise his love still dead, yet that his love went on.

They were almost certainly in the peak district, pretty near to a 2 hour train ride to Derby then a cab to where ever they were exactly. Well done to them.

I think it's possible if it is definitely the longest day of the year for that area. On the longest day of the year, I felt like the sun would never set, especially if you're up early and you're out enjoying the sun for the whole day.

It wasn't the longest day of the year - it was dark when they were on the London Eye which was prior to her concert at 19:00.
