Yes, she was in the throes of a food poisoning episode, but it still surprises me that Lindsey would let Ben help her undress.

Yep, she certainly wasn't modest at that moment! Drew Barrymore apparently is the same way. I'll never forget her jumping up on Dave Letterman's talk show desk and flashing him http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F163XHK8NVs

I've been as sick as she was, and I would have let anyone help me put on my PJs. I was so sick, I wanted to stick my head in the oven, but I didn't have the strength.

Like being pi$$ drunk or as sick as she was...all modesty gets thrown up the window.

When in a similar situation to the one Lindsey was in during that scene, the chances of modesty being present become increasingly slim.
