Concerning the dubs, IMAGINE THIS!
I know that people say that the subs are good and the dubs are bad. But imagine if the japanese voice actors did the dubs with a perfect english accent. Just think about it. How would that dub be?

I'd kidnap the Sakano actor ^^

Yuki'voiceover was the only one that pissed me off. It was supposed to be deep and sexy. D:<
:D
That's a pretty cool idea! Especially concerning Shuichi. I know Yuki's English voice actor is generally classified worst, but personally, I didn't like Shuichi's English version too much either. It wasn't cute at all!
shareIt's not that the English voice actors are bad at all--its just that the Japanese voice actors are so much better, it gives us the impression that they have no talent.
MEGHeads...UNITE!! MEG (2008)
If you're implying that ALL Japanese voice actors are better at voice acting, you couldn't be more wrong. But if you meant that just the cast of Gravitation, then I somewhat agree.

I hate close-minded sub purists...
It wasn't their voices that annoyed me, but it was the fact that the mouth movements weren't even close, but that's the drawback to dubbing.
Everyone knows that birthday wishes are the only ones with any real validity.
i've heard nothing but bad reviews of the english dub, and i've heard 5 seconds of K and Sakano. and i was left speachless of how much i didnt like it. but how different do the voices make the characters seem? In a few weeks i'll be buying the boxset and i'm up to volume 9 in the manga so i'm wondering how 'off' the dub will be. I wonder if it will change my view of gravi or not. because sometimes that happens.
