OK, so I've started the manga and am 1/2 finished volume 2.

Interesting differences between the manga and anime...

We see Hiro and Shuichi (along with his sister) in high school. I like seeing that background which wasn't seen in the anime.

Noriko will be the band's keyboardist and not Suguru.

When I read scenes with Eiri, I hear the VA who did the English version! LOL

I'll return after I've read more.

Sadly, this board is pretty much dead most of the time
(not as bad as the -Fake- boards though),
but hey, I'm still haunting this place so if you want to chat about anything in the manga then I'll be happy to discuss it with you.

Thanks for replying. You're right, this board is pretty dead.

Well, I read a bit more since my last post. Eiri's brother and fiancee are in the picture now (and both names have escaped me!) So far, this part is pretty close to the anime. Hopefully, I'll be able to read more this weekend. I can't wait to see more about K!

My favorite part with K in the anime was when he was shooting at Eiri!

I've read the Fake manga and have seen the anime. I'll check out the board; it's been a while since I've been there.

OK, so I just finished volume 4 and I just saw episode 4 last night (again)!

The quiz show scene was in both manga and anime, with a few differences. Both the anime and manga make me laugh.

I can't wait to see more of K.

i finished the first 3 volumes last fall... then kinda didn't have the money to go buy more..... then i kinda forgot.... XDDDD

i loved it & wanted to keep going though! XD

OK, started volume 5 last night. And we have a K siting!

Very interesting differences between anime and manga...

Ryuichi and Eiri's brother (forgotten his name!) are hanging out together... at the zoo! K kidnaps Shindou to be a Ryuichi "substitute" for a live music show.

BH - have you had a chance to check out that site I sent you? Have you had a chance to continue reading the manga?

i wanna continue it but i'm still too broke to go buy it XD

i'm bad at continuing things i start... *remembers i still haven't finished the first KH* blah! T_T

Oh, I'm sorry; I really thought they would have it, they have so many.

I just checked another site I frequent but they don't have it either. If I do find it, I'll let you know.

And I know what you mean about being broke. RightStuf is having a Tokyopop sale and there are soooo many mangas I want... and can't buy!

Check out mangafox.com. I know that they don't have the complete series up yet, but they do have most of it. If I do find a site that has all of the chapters up I'll let you know.

Well, I'm still plugging away, slowly but surely. I'm on volume 7 now. Volume six had the cooking contest, very funny scenes. It also had Tohma and Eiri in NY. I'm getting the vibe that Tohma may have had/stil has a crush or special feeling for Eiri. Did you get that or am I just jumping to conclusions?

Also, Eiri has admitted to the "world" that he and Shindou are lovers.

I'm on the part when Hiro wants to quit the band.

I'm still getting my K fix but not enough but then this manga isn't about him, is it? LOL
