Favorite songs

Step right up and name your top songs! List your favorites

At first Glaring Dream stole my breath, and still holds a special place in my heart as a sweet love song, but after seeing the OVAs, Spicy Marmalade shamelessly made its way to the top of the list, with Shining Collection coming second. Here's the full list:

1. Spicy Marmalade
2. Shining Collection (NG)
3. Glaring Dream
4. Yuuutsu Na Seven Days
5. The Rage Beat - it annoyed me at first, because it's all we heard for the first 7 episodes, but eventually it too became a favorite
6. Super Drive - it's just so ... Shuichi ^^
7. Blind Game Again - wasn't the video they made awesome?
8. Sleepless Beauty by NG
9. In the Moonlight - it was a very touching song in the OVA

I guess that's it ... those are my faves. Anyone else wanna share theirs?

What I like about these songs ... I think it's the beat. Bad Luck's songs just have *great* beats to them. I can't understand a single word, which is very embarrassing seeing as I lived in Japan for 3 years But then, I was a bit young to catch on to the language...

Hmmmm, so many good songs, but my personal favourites have to be Anti-Nostalgic and Glaring Dream. I'm a sucker for those two; they make me giggle like the shameless fangirl I am.

I -love- Blind Game again. I keep dancing to it.

And I agree with you about The Rage Beat. When my friend and I were watching it, the sixth time she heard it, she groaned 'Not again..'

There's very few songs I don't like from this series - I really like all the ones you chose.

I got the first dvd as a late Christmas present and so I haven't heard all of the songs yet, but there's one that just sent shivers down my spine when I heard it, although I don't know what it's called. It's the one that Ryuichi sings accapella when he walks onstage during Bad Luck's debut show, does anyone know what it's called and if it's available on any of the soundtrack cds? It was probably one of the most gorgeous songs I've ever heard, and it was sung beautifully! ^-^

That one is Sleepless Beauty.

I had to look it up myself because I knew I'd heard it before, but I couldn't remember ^^;

I have the clip where he sings it too. And I agree, he sounds yummy.

My two fave songs are Sleepless Beauty and Shuichi's theme with them you can get a lot of thoughts out!

Super Drive is my favorite Gravie song, always and forever. It's upbeat, very touching, sets the mood for the whole show and--like Electrocuted-Sheep said--is very Shuichi. ^^

Spicy Marmalade is my second favorite. Got it downloaded, I do.

Then the Shining collection.

Every time you read this signature, an orphaned puppy gets fed into a meat grinder.

I'm new to Gravitation, but so far I like Glaring Dream.
It's a different music style for me, but it's always good to try new things.^_^

I love:
Shining Collection, Sleepless Beauty, Super Drive, Spicy Marmelade, Blind Game Again, Anti-Nastalgic, and i think those are my top ones...

I've seen all 13 episodes (plus the OAV version, and the first two books in the manga)! Plus, i've downloaded nearly all the songs.
My favorites are:

Rage Beat
Glaring Dream
In the Moonlight
Sleepless Beauty
Super Drive

Gravitation has some really incredible music. I bought a CD because I loved the songs I heard in the TV series-- "Glaring Dream", "The Rage Beat", "Blind Game Again", "Sleepless Beauty"...

But since seeing the OVAs and listening to the other songs, my faves are "Smashing Blue" and "Break Through".

"Smashing Blue" is an amazing song. I made a mix tape of it.

"Yuki, talk to me!" "Shut up. You're too loud."
