Somewhat similar to the Amityville Horror. The places in upstate New York are more spread out and less populated but supposedly cheaper because they aren't in the city. I don't know what kind of deal the Tilson's got to be able to get that house, or to even second guess buying it. I would've been on that house like white on rice if I could afford IT and it's contents.

Coincidentally there was a well in both places. One was a pit to hell in the basement and the other was the Devil's Throat. I can't decide which is worse.
