did she sleep with his brother? if not why did she go his room. And lets say she knocked his door to talk about the secret. So why did she give him a folded paper. I thing that paper is about their secret. Or maybe it was about experiences they shared when she knocked his door. I am confused.

I agree with Errington, I think she cried because of that. She was going back to the lonely monotonous life.
It also crossed my mind that they slept together, but I don't think so. I think she just went to the room because she was left alone by Jacobo.
