How would this special be different if it was made at the current time?

Mr. Hooper wouldn't be in it because Will Lee is dead and they decided to kill off the character after the actor died so Ernie and Bert would have to trade off their stuff to whoever runs Hooper's store now. Also Oscar probably would tease Elmo instead of Big Bird about Santa Clause coming down the chimney and make Elmo sad and Elmo would runaway upset because he might not get any presents if Santa can't get down the chimney and Elmo's parents probably would kick Oscar in his can for teasing their son and making him runaway. Also David and Linda and Olivia aren't on the show anymore so Luis would be kissing Maria on the subway and Bob wouldn't be spending Christmas with his loved one.

Think most people know Mr. Lee has long since passed on.

Gabby & Miles would be apart... Grover wouldn't be a part.. (dont know about Cookie)...

Maybe I mean more like in terms of technology like Cookie Monster could try to type with a computer and eat the keyboard and maybe try to call Santa Claus with a cellular phone and eat that.
