shareI think so but I don't know for sure if I remember the scene correctly that you are asking, they did a smart thing and had the sound of train effects going by the whole entire time did it left, so we don't hear exactly what Oscar the Gouch is saying. And I don't think anybody will know for sure, since they will point the same thing out. Your guess is just as good as mine, if not he was either saying something nasty, something that they wanted to be sure that people watching would never hear.
