Ridiculous Dog Wedding

On the show about weird weddings I was disgusted by the lavish wedding the gay couple threw for their dogs. This had nothing to do with their dogs; it was all about their egos. So ridiculously pretentious. If they care so much about animals, they should have taken the money they spent on that wedding and given it to a local animal shelter.

If given the choice to be the shepherd or the sheep... be the wolf.

I agree. Very strange episode. I sense that some of their motives in giving their dogs a wedding has to do with their own marriage being forbidden by law and custom in most of the civilized world. They may have been ridiculing traditional marriage in general by mocking it with a dog wedding. In any event, it was far too much time spent on something so silly.
