Music question

I really like this movie, but even more, I love the fantastic soundtrack.
However I wonder what this last piece of music is, which plays at the "final" scene. It seems to be some kind of "Kyrie eleison" but I cannot find who the composer might be, it certainly isn't Ishikawa's style.
Any help?
