It´s like South Park... politically incorrect!

and that´s a good thing! i´m sick and tired of people acusing this movie of being homophobic, guess what it´s a COMEDY!!!! do you people know what that means? it´s not supposed to be taken seriously...
oh... i´m gay and i was not offended in any way, in part because i have a sense of humour!

SPOILERS AHEAD!

Great acting, great timing, original ending (don´t tell me you weren´t all expecting for Angelo to end up with Nino, ´cause so was I, - glad it didn´t!), overall freaking hilarious!

Actually, as soon as I saw that the guy at the gay hotline was the same guy he talked to in the beginning, I knew he would end up with him, because there was no other reason to set up for him like that in the beginning. And I thought that sucked. I hate these movies that think things can just for an original ending to avoid getting criticized because it was "cliche." Who the hell cares? Its a comedy, it's supposed to be light. What did the first half of the movie center around? It wasn't Angelo, it was Angelo AND Nino. It had 2 separate sides, but after a while, one began to drift away from the center, and the other tried to find closure somewhere else and failed miserably. You cant base a movie off of a couple, and end it with only one of them, claiming that the person has changed or something. I learned about that from Billy's Hollywood Screen Kiss. This is one of those movies where I just love it until the end, where everything goes to hell in the period of a few minutes, and it drives me crazy for a couple of days.

I just find it ridiculous that Angelo and Nino never got closure, and then the movie tried to just end it with a pregnant Pina, and Angelo being with his unattractive and unappealing new boyfriend.

This is probably my favorite *gay* movie. I really think it is cool, because it is not about trying to fit into the gay community. Angelo doens't really like the gay community and he is not effeminate and he is not realyl a hot bodied gym bunny, and that makes me happy, because i dont fit into that group. its nice to see a movie that shows gay characters who are realistic and true to life.
Also absolutely HILARIOUS!!!!!!!!!!! Mary Walsh is a comic genius!!!!!!!
