Start Free Roam and follow these directions:
Turn around-turn second right, then first left.
Go all the way down, dont turn left or right.
At the end of the road you should see a blue wall.
Drive through the gate and there they are:

Nissan Skyline
Lotus Elise
TVR
Go-Kart
