Who's story is better.... Mark or Frank?

I liked playing as Frank better. Cooler levels like whorehouse, crackhouse, container storage.

I liked playing as Mark. I'm not quite sure exactly why, but I just enjoyed it more. There have been a few times where I've restarted halfway through Carter's (blasphemy!) simply because I enjoyed Mark's storyline a bit more. Plus, I really like driving without having the luxury of a siren. I always get a kick out of squeezing between traffic while going the wrong way, or going in and out of traffic and crashing gang cars or cop cars into the cars I pass.

I've frequently not been on boats.

Definately D.C. Frank Carter! He just feels alot cooler when you play as him. I love his little commentaries like "That's Flying Squad training man!" or "Game over for you Cowboy!" It's also cool that he'll either zip cuff or knock out the bad guys he grabs as opposed to shooting them. And he has the coolest situations in his story. Like the Bargain Basement level. He's just a fun character: Hard Boiled cop on the edge!

"oh you're breaking my heart" haha that's priceless. carter was superb to play with. no cops after you! - but that was the only downside with mark - so it's a pretty close tie. :D
