I am still trying to understand why the wife had to have been a victim for this to be part of the story, and of course just what this movie was meant to impress upon us, but one always wonders I guess.
shareI think the writers wanted him to have a reason for cheating/going to the site. Since his wife was a victim of rape and wouldn't have sex with him he created a reason to get some attention online.
I also suppose they want to warn us against the dangers of online hooking up, cheating or burying people, haha.
I was just a bit confused at the ending since all the blonds in the movie seem to have stalker tendencies.
