Tailor made for USA Up All Night?

Do they still have USA Up All Night? If so, this movie is the EPITOME of something that should play on there. I've seen a few of these serial killer movies now, and I have to say that at least "Dahmer" and "Helter Skelter" each gave a *little* bit of insight into the main characters and felt a little bit authentic. "Gacy", on the other hand, felt much more like a made-up B-movie. I know John Wayne Gacy was very much a real person, but in this movie he felt like some contrived destitute man's horror villain. This movie reminded me a little of a movie called "The Paperboy", it had the same feel...

In its favor, it at least seemed to KNOW it was a B-movie.
I didn't care for the maggots, but I liked all the 'evil' clown closeups.
