It's all about well, illinois and the events, people, history of that state. And track four is entitled John Wayne Gacy Jnr, and it's the most beautifully haunting, lyrically intense, brilliant brilliant piece of music i've ever heard, as is the whole album. but the song is way more powerful than the movie. please discover this, because you are missing out if you ignore it.
