Ted Bundy was a very interesting movie. It didn't pull any punches and it was very scary.

I didn't particularly like Ted Bundy but' Dahmer' is definitely worth watching. It's not particularly gory, but the actor who plays Jeffrey Dahmer is superb.

If you want to see the real gacy, buy [to catch a killer].

LIFE IS WHAT YOU SETTLE FOR.

Dahmer was so lame and boring. Bundy was so much better and true to him.

I thought the movie Bundy was crap, Dahmer wasnt very good either. If you want to see a good serial killer movie, watch THE SECRET LIFE: JEFFREY DAHMER, it's better than the 2002 version. It's disturbing and graphic, but it's one of the best serial killer movies out.
Or, see Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer. It's depressing, but pretty well made.

Another movie is "Ed Gein" which is based on the life of serial killer Ed Gein. Ed Gein is the killer in which most famous horror/suspense movie characters are based off of such as the cannibalistic Hannibal Lecter(The Silence of the Lambs), the chainsaw weilding, skin wearing Leatherface(The Texas Chainsaw Massacre), and the schizophrentic mama's boy Norman Bates(Psycho). The movie itself has about the same quality as Dahmer and Gacy. The only thing that brings this movie together is the good acting of the supporting cast and the fantastic acting by Steve Railsback who portrayed the disturbed Gein. Railsback also played murderer Charles Manson in Helter Skelter.

Dahmer was great, acting was superb and the editing was neat too.

Gacy aka The Crawlspace was comical but if you want the real Gacy story and a scary one at that rent or buy 1992's "To Catch A Killer",character actor Brian Dennehy chillingly played him and scared the crap outta me with his dead on portrayl of him. All these B movies that are trying to take all the big serial killers have more appeal than they already do are pretty weak. Bundy was adequate,Ed Gein just a B movie,Nightstalker was a complete disaster (too bad cuz he's the scariest serial killer period and they ruined it),but Dahmer with Jeremy Renner was a good character study. Still if you want good serial killer films period To Catch A Killer & Henry:Portrait Of A Serial Killer is a good place to start. Serial killer films in general you got the obvious masterpieces Se7en & Silence Of The Lambs (Red Dragon is the best of the series though),other great ones like Copycat,Kiss The Girls,& The Bone Collector. If you want a good one on the Boston Strangler you have the film of the same name from 68',got a feeling that may be next in the remakes/new take series.

Late to chime in here, but Monster was an extremely good movie. I'd recommend that first and foremost. Ted Bundy was also a good movie. It was entertaining and really showed the perversion of Ted Bundy from his first victim all the way to his execution.

monster was a fantastic movie...

Frailty with Bill Paxton and Matthew McConaughey is pretty creepy - though it's not based on a true story...
Bill Paxton is very convincing as a father who kills people "in the name of God" and teaches his two sons how to free this world from "deamons"...

I thought dahmer was very good. But its not for those who have the attention span of a beetle.

Marv, this is God. What the HELL were you thinkin?!

Dahmer was stupid, turned it off halfway through.. it was 90% talking, 10% killing. The Bundy movie was much better.. 90% killing, 10% talking.

You must see "Citizen X", with Stephen Rea, Donald Sutherland and Max Von Sydow. A masterpiece about the real serial killer Andrei Chikatilo in Russia.

Other masterpiece is "M, the vampire of Dusseldorf", a Fritz Lang's film with the great Peter Lorre. This movie is based in the real crimes of Peter Kurten.

Dahmer is a great movie, Jeremmy Renner, the actor who plays Jeffrey Dahmer, is superb. But... Ted Bundy I think is a mediocre film.

The Deliberate Stranger with Mark Harmon (Ted Bundy) is really well done
