There is a really cool cop in our town...I am in talks with the chief to start a career as an officer in our town...he tells me that this one cop is leaving...turns out...he is the cop that arrested John Wayne Gacey. He is retired and works here! Now he is starting landscaping business with his brother. I could be taking the place of the cop that arrested one of the most notorious serial killers...I am going to have him sign my copy of Gacy and the part about Gacy in my Serial Killer Encyclopedia

Who was that? Lt. Joe Kozenczak? If so, To Catch a Killer tells the story of the capture from HIS point of view.
