Bundy killed a known 36 young women over 1974 - 78. Some of the victims have never been found or identified so the number is probably higher however 150 is probably not accurate. Somewhere from 37 - 136 is more accurate because Bundy told investigators to add a digit to the number of victims and they'd have it.

You need to do your research. Gacy was convicted of 33 murders while Dahmer was only convicted of 17. Why do people post information that they seem to just make up? Idiots.

Dahmer was interesting because he didn't grow up in an abusive family, he just became that way. He was into necophilia and other strange activities with dead bodies, e.g. making trophies out of skulls, keeping hands in jars, etc etc.

Albert Fish was bad too, he would kidnap children and them beat them to make their flesh soft and tender, and then he would kill them and eat them.
Well if one is comparing the savageness of gacy vs. dahmer, I would say that gacy was more so. From what I understand, dahmer used to drug his male victims (even though it's illegal and terrible to do that) and then kill them or sodomize/rape them and/or (eek) eat them. But gacy, at least from the movies based on his crimes, actually terrorized boys, tortured them, strangling them and/or drowning them, putting them in something that looks like "the stocks" from the 1800's while still alive and was just horrible. I'm looking at it from a sadistic point of view and not even who actually killed and/or tortured more.

Bear in mind that these are CONFIRMED kills. I'm sure estimates are much higher, but these are the ones the killers confessed to/evidence pointed their way. I don't have the time or inclination to look up estimates. However, if Bundy killed 150+, why were so few actually pinned to him? Even his cross country travels can't make it that high.

No one liked Jeffery Dahmer, he was a nobody. i personally like Dahmer more, but Gacy was the worst serial killer of modern day America.

i'd probably say Gacy. He would think of even almost weirder stuff to do to the bodies. and thebway he hid them, it was so weird. Gacy has many more kills, but it seemed like dahmer is that guy that you least expect. so i guess i'll call tie-breaker
shareAwesome, I live in Elgin, but I have family out by Cumberland Ave. and my uncle actually lives on Catherine, about two streets over. Im only 18, but I've been interested in Gacy because he was from Chicago and stuff. In 2003, I was at his house which he just moved into and I mentioned Gacy, next thing I know he tells me he used to live right on the next street so me and my cousin checked it out, I was freaked out to know he killed there and buried his victims. It has been said that grass didn't grow on the lot for a while after the house was torn down in 86', I think it was? I'm not too sure. Everytime I go down by Harlem, where my aunt lives, I also try to stop by the lot just to see if anything changes. It is very freaky.

If you are all thinking about how many someone was convicted of, then I should remind you of cases like Henry Lee Lucas, where he sat on deathrow and was basically having fun confessing every murder-case that the police asked him about. The cops were so stupid that they fed him information instead making him feeding them. And about Bundy, he once said during an interrigation, when the officers asked him if he had killed (I don´t remember the exact number but it was near 30) XX victims, he was really down and answered "add a digit" so it might be one more or 100 more. Anyway, I think that the modern USA serial killer that has had the most victims must be the green river serial killer.

Actually, I thought Ed Gein was pretty tasteful. Dahmer wasn't all that good but not total garbage. I would rather watch Dahmer than Gacy, to be honest.
