'Enough is Enough it's time for a change'

Okay don't start hating me just because because i have the balls to say this, i think we should just stop talking about Owen Hart, i would rather hear how the event went (how good the matches were etc) and instead, when i come on IMDB all i get is a bloody tribute to the man, i would like to know how good O.T.E '99 actually was, that is the point of this site isn't it? to rate films, tv shows and live events based on what the EVENTS produced, not the fact an accident happend

Sooner or later you'd discover Lady Luck was a hooker...and you were all out of cash

lol I don't give a rats ass about Owen myself. I'm glad I have the event on VHS cause they'll never release a DVD of the event, which is BS cause fans deserve to have a much bigger wrestling DVD library if they choose to buy them and I would!

Dream Theater releases a new album June 23rd!

the event is still on Youtube to watch in its entirety..

I thought the event was decent, it was obviously offset by the death of a wrestler in the first hour of the event. The commentating was slower and obviously they were deeply saddened by the tradegy so it lacked the excitement there. Same can kind of be said about the matches after the Owen Hart accident. They just had their minds other places and didnt seem to deliver the performances many other ppv events seem to.
