1/10 (could've been 0). Here's why:

In an interview, director Joseph Kahn said that TORQUE wasn’t meant to be a bike version of THE FAST AND THE FURIOUS (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FXVkJsX5xeo (even though both movies were produced by Neal H Moritz)). He said that it was meant to make fun of that kind of movies. Well, he should’ve made it more obvious, because there isn’t a drop of self-awareness in any scene. There’s cartoonish humour, but that’s not the same. Maybe Kahn said that to protect his reputation. Maybe he did intend on making another popular racing movie for the MTV generation. If that's the case, he still failed because, when comparing this to TFATF, it has a more generic plot, less intersting characters and sillier dialogue. The worst part is the climax, where they just decided to go full CGI. Not only is it bad CGI, but it also disctracts because the rest of the movie had (for the most part) stunt work with no trickery.

Any thoughts?
