Mac's fingernails

Not to be super graphic but I really don't think it was a very good choice for Mac to have long french tip fingernails. I think everyone can figure out what I'm saying here. I also don't understand why the "confused" lady seems to have been clothed and hair-cutted to appear way more butch than the woman who "catches her by gay surprise". Haha :) I don't mean to cast undue aspersions as I really did enjoy this film but come on with the fingernails!!!
