I give it credit

Sure it had bad acting and cheesy dialogue (don't all movies like this?), but of the 3 movies about Megalodons that I've scene, this is the only one that put any effort into making a good/cool/original/decent looking Meg.
- Shark Attack 3: Megalodon used stock footage of great whites & had them swallow up whole (superimposed): people, jet skis, & rafts full of people.
- Megalodon had a CG shark that a) looked awful, cartoony, & not the least bit realistic, and b) was just a big great white.
- Shark Hunter made a unique model that actually looked like a huge prehistoric shark, and not just an oversized great white.
I'm not even sure how they did it. I'd have to guess that it was CG, but if that's the case, then it was, by far, the best CG I've seen in any of these low budget shark movies. I'd have to say that it is in a totally different catagory than the hideous CG in movies like Blue Demon and Megalodon.
I'd also like to mention that this movie was made 1 year before Shark Attack 3:Megalodon and 3 years before Megalodon. So being the original, not only did it's Meg look much, much better, but they didn't even choose to use the buzz-word Megalodon in it's title.(Maybe they should have)
Anyway, kudos to you Shark Hunter.
