help?

on youtube their is a clip for jaws 5 , it's fake and all but it shows scenes of a shark and jet ski chase and then a shark take down a helicopter ( and it's not the one from great white also know as the last shark , or the one from jaws 2) is it from this movie, if not can anyone tell me what movie it's from ?
