Right aspect ratio with ads vs. wrong aspect ratio without ads?

Currently Netflix is streaming the movie in the wrong aspect ratio while the Roku channel is streaming it in right aspect ratio.

Just found out Pluto and Tubi are also streaming it in the right aspect ratio.
