and dont swat team guys wear bullet proof vests ????
If memory serves (I haven't seen this movie for a couple of years), I believe they were shot with shot guns. Bullet proof vests aren't exactely that. They should really call them "bullet resistant" as the material inside of them will withhold a lot of different kind of rounds but certain types of bullets at close range will only be slowed down by the vest. Also, the whole vest isn't made of the kevlar, just the plates inside.
