My husband and I just got this movie at an Indian movie store and are shocked to discover that Ali Larters voice has been totally dubbed over in Hindi. It's not her voice at all. Did we get some bootleg copy or is the actual release like this??

I saw it in cinema and the entire film was in English...that must just be a Hindi version of it.

shareThank you guys for the clarification. We did buy it in Jackson Heights NY, so getting the Hindi version is understandable. I just wish they'd mentioned that on the cover. I really want to see the English version. I am a fan of Ali Larter on Heroes and it was too strange it not being her voice.

shareI saw it in Wandsworth...London if that makes more sense It's not really an Indian area (to my knowledge) so maybe thats why it wasn't dubbed.
sharei cant seem to find it anywhere now nor in english. I bought a dvd myself from a friend in europe who got a all reigion and itwas dubbed as well. I know its an english movie from seeing trailers and stuff on it and i hpoe iut comes on dvd soon since most theatres have pulled it.
sharefaeriebell1 , the SAME exact thing happened to me. I bought it in an Indian store, so I should have known, but I was just so psyched about seeing a Bollywood movie with Ali Larter, as I, too, amd a Heroes nut.

shareThe 'dubbed' Hindi version was released in India and bootleg copies of the film are now available on DVD.
I think the only way of watching the original English version is either viewing it in theatres (not much chance of that happening now, seeing as it wasn't given a wide release in the first place) or of waiting for it to officially be released onto DVD.
I was kinda hoping that someone on here knew of any way to view the film online in its English version?

theres a 95 min dubbed hindi version and a longer english version. Some theatres aired dubbed some didnt. I have tried since it came out to find it online in english or to even find a release date for a dvd and havent been able to.

shareI just watched the DVD version of this movie, last night, and was ASTOUNDED that the American blonde (Ali Larter) could speak Hindi so well. Now, I learn that she can't, she was dubbed! The movie WAS charming, however!!
